The problem

“Does Tuesday work for everyone?”

Most booking tools are built for one person sharing their own calendar. That works for a sales call. It works less well when six people, in three companies and two time zones, need to agree on one hour.

So it turns into an email thread. Someone suggests a time, two people can't make it, a new time is floated, someone replies to the old one. alignd swaps the thread for one link and one answer from each person.

How it works

One link. Three steps. One invite.

  1. 01

    Create the event

Give it a title and a length, then choose how people answer: paint their free time, or vote on a few times you propose. It takes under a minute.

  2. 02

    Share one link

Drop it in an email, Slack or WhatsApp. Guests open it, answer in their own time zone and confirm with a 6-digit email code if you ask for one. No account, no app.

  3. 03

    Confirm the time

alignd ranks every slot by how many people can make it. Pick one and everyone gets a calendar invite, with a Google Meet link if the meeting is online.

Live overlap

See where everyone's free, as they answer.

Each person's free time stacks on one calendar. The darker the cell, the more people can make it. The time that suits everyone is picked out for you.

Two ways to ask

Collect free time, or put it to a vote.

Availability windows

Best when you don't know yet. Guests paint the hours they're free across the days you choose, and alignd finds the overlap that fits the meeting length.

Good for: board meetings, workshops, interview panels, anything with busy people.

Time voting

Best when you already have a few options. Propose specific slots and guests answer yes, maybe or no. The winner is obvious at a glance.

Good for: socials, client calls, recurring team slots, quick decisions.

Built in

Everything between “when?” and the invite.

  • Every time zone, handled

Each guest sees and answers in their own zone. You see one calendar. Nobody does mental arithmetic.

  • Ranked, not just listed

Slots everyone can make come first, then the next best. No squinting at a grid of ticks.

  • Invites sent for you

Confirm a slot and every guest gets a calendar invite and an .ics file. No copying addresses.

  • Google Meet links

Mark the meeting as online and a Meet link is created and added to the invite automatically.

  • Private by default

Guests never see each other's email addresses. Optional email codes stop people answering as someone else.

  • Your brand (Max)

Your colours, gradient and font on every booking page, as a default or per event.

FAQ

Questions

Plans and limits are on the pricing page.

What is alignd?

alignd is a group scheduling tool. You create an event, share one link, and each guest either marks when they're free or votes on times you propose. alignd ranks the slots by how many people can make them, and when you confirm one it sends everyone a calendar invite.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests open the link, type their name and email, and answer. If you turn on email verification they also enter a 6-digit code we email them, which stops anyone answering as someone else. There is no password and nothing to install.

How is alignd different from Calendly?

Calendly is mainly built for sharing your own availability so other people can book a slot with you, with Meeting Polls as an extra for groups. alignd is built around the group case: guests can paint their free time or vote on options, alignd ranks the overlap, and confirming the time sends one invite to everyone. alignd is also priced per host rather than per seat.

How does it pick the best time?

alignd overlaps every guest's free time, keeps only the slots long enough for your meeting, and ranks them so slots everyone can make come first. In voting mode it ranks your proposed options by yes and maybe answers.

Does it handle time zones?

Yes. Each guest sees the calendar and answers in their own time zone, and you see everything in yours. Invites carry the correct time for everyone.

Will it create a Google Meet link?

Yes. Mark the meeting as online and alignd adds a Google Meet link to the calendar invite when you confirm the time.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes 5 confirmed bookings every calendar month, both scheduling modes and Google Meet links. Premium ($5.99/month) raises that to 100, and Max ($29.99/month) to 1000 with custom booking-page branding and priority support.

Can guests see each other's details?

Guests never see each other's email addresses, including on the calendar invite. In availability mode guests can see first names next to the overlap so they understand which times work.

Stop chasing replies. Send the link.

Free for five bookings a month. Guests never need an account.
